Kolor żółto złoty zamglony. Piana biała , zbudowana z drobnych średniej wielkości pęcherzyków, dość szybko opada.
Aromat słodowy słodki z nutami kolendry, ziemistymi, piwnicznymi, zbożowymi a także lekkimi wiejskimi (funky). Aromat wydaje się być umiarkowanie wysoki.
W smaku słodowa słodycz lekko skontrowana chmielową, przyprawową goryczką.
Wysycenie średnie. Ciało średnie w górę. Tekstura płynu jest gładka, śliska, miękka. Posmak średnio długi słodko wytrawny.

"Hof Ten Dormaal Saison", Fläschchen aus Tausch mit Jef - thanks! - Goldgelb, trüb; üppiger Schaum. - In der Nase typische belgische, fein hefig-fruchtig-parfümierte Noten, die aber durch solide zitronenschalige Herbe kompensiert werden, getreidig-süßes Malz und dezente floral-süßliche Hopfung. - Antrunk hefeweich getreidig hellmalzig mit deutlicher Restsüße, einer Spur Karamel, schöner floraler Hopfung, Heu, Zitronenschale und spürbarer aber noch angenehmer Säure, die dem Bier eine schöne rustikale Note verleiht. Milder rezent, vollmundig, leicht trocken. Im Abgang aromatische orangenbittere Hopfenherbe. Derb hefebitterer Nachtrunk. - Sehr aromatisches, angenehm rustikales Saison, nicht so süß wie ich das Saison Lauwendries in Erinnerung habe. (17.1.2025.)

Hazy blond colour, white foam. Nose of herbs, flowers, dry and grassy with bitter notes. Some malty sweetness.

Bottle. Color: Hazy yellow golden, white head. Aroma: Yeasty, spicy. Taste: Very yeasty, spicy, grain, malty. Citrus zest notes. Light to moderate sweet. Light bitter hoppy background going towards over moderate bitterness at the dry finish. Nice Saison.

330 ml bottle, from Être Gourmet, Belgium. ABV is 5.5%. Nearly clear straw colour, small white head. Sweetish aroma of stale jam and yeast. Citric mouthfeel. Moderately sour and acidic flavour, notes of lemons. Clearly past its prime.

Smell- weak malt, citrus, yeast. Foam- thin, sour, hops, citrus, faint caramel. Head is small, white color. Appearance - brewer bottle cap but quite a simple bottle. Hazy, but not fully, orange color with weak carbonation. From - snifter Taste - sour, hoppy citrusy thing. Sourness is mostly at start, later it goes to citrus and then malt. Dont like this, but not terrible. Come to think of it.. it's even worse...

A golden beer, a head is quite small and blond. Aroma has citrus, some spicyness and warthyness. Taste has citrucy fruitness, maybe some spicyness, mild. Medium bodied. Decent.

Sampled @ BXL Beerfest 2018. A hazy golden beer with a small white head. Aroma of mild unriped banana, citrus, wheat. Taste of banana, yeast, lime, yellow fruits.
