330ml bottle from Vanuxeem. Pours hazy gold, small white head. Aroma of bright saison yeast, citric hop. Taste is bright with a nice spicy character. Good moderate sweetness with sprightly citric shades. Nice.

Tap at Pigalle. Poured almost white, just a bit of white foam, hazy. Aroma sourish and funky, interesting interpretation of the style, something that I like quite a lot. Some funk and sourness in the taste as well, quite a lot actually. Decent and thirst-quenching saison, liking this!

Sampled from tap at FdB Köln 2017. Hazy, straw yellow with a white head. Sweetish, slightly sourish, funky and slightly fruity aroma of pineapple, barnyard, wheat and some lemon peel. Slightly sourish, funky, moderately fruity taste of wheat, barnyard, lemon peel and some pineapple, followed by a medium long, slightly tart, funky finish. Medium body, slightly effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Tasty!

Tap at Bud. Cloudy, pastel gold with a tall fine head. Fruity, acidic nose, a bit lactic, grainy, spicy yeast. Tart and lactic flavor, creamy, lemon, grapefruit, cleaner yeastiness, wheat. Oily, medium body. Not all that original, but well done.

On tap @Luppolo Station (Rome). Dorata intensa, torbida, opalescente, schiuma leggera poco persistente. Al naso è un po’ sporca, sentori di fieno, lieviti, note terrose, frutta gialla (pesca), uva, malto. In bocca ha un attacco maltato con un finale amaro e leggermente acidulo. Corpo medio, carbonazione medio-leggera. Grezza, ma si lascia bere.

Bottle at Six Deg North Glasgow. It pours hazy yellow / pale gold with a gigantic, foamy white head. The aroma is white bread, cereal, straw, cracker, barnyard, wet dog and a touch of touch of paper. The taste is crisp, dry, mellow tartness, sour lemon, gooseberry, white grape, some cheesecake, mild acidity, white bread and cracker with a dry finish. Light - medium body and high, foamy carbonation. Carbonation is a bit too high imo. Nice tart edge to it. Decent enough.

75 cl bottle. Hazy yellow, big massive white head, dissipates quickly leaving no lacings. Aroma is citrus, hay, wheat, discreet funky notes. Taste is sour with citrus, wheat, slight yeasty, low sweetness, low to zero bitterness, citrus, white dry wine and dryness in the finish. Light body, medium carbo. Very one dimensional, not semi-complex and rustic that I believe a real good saison should be, but very drinkable and thirst quenching.
