Cask at the Coach & Horses in Norwich shortly after visiting the Cathedral in the city centre. Not quite black as there's still a glow evident, with a small off-white head. It's very light roasted giving it a fine mild styling in both aroma and taste.

Bottle at home in Hackney - picked up from Beautiful Beers online. Pours clear brown with a fine, creamy khaki head. Lightly sweet with soft roast, toasted brown bread, nips of toasted sugars and earth, raisins. Light bodied with fine carbonation. Decent balance to finish, hints of cocoa, light roast. Nice, drinkable, easygoing mild.

Fra cask på GBBF aug-19: brunsvart med kort bruseskum. En maltdrevet, lett mld hvor jeg får assosiasjoner til havrekjeks, lys sjokolade, solbær og litt lær. Fairly tasty but quite unassuming.
