Like all authentic style beers we managed to source a traditional style Bohemian Lager strain to produce a beer with a decent malt back bone, fruity aroma and clean crisp finish. Traditional pilsner malt made up the majority of the malt bill whilst the bohemian Saaz hops being the flavouring hop.
Who ever said lagers couldn’t be awesome?

Bottle from Cotteridge Wines, Birmingham. Poured a slightly hazy straw colour with a frothy white head and plenty of bubbles. The aroma is dry grainy cardboard malt, some hops, light citrus. The flavour is moderate bitter with a light crisp malty, hop bitter, light fruit palate. Medium bodied with lively carbonation.

Sampled at Craft Beer Covent Garden, London. Clear golden yellow color, average sized white head. Smell and taste malts, nicely hayish and quite hoppy. Decent body, but -again- too much carbonation.

330ml bottle @ Ship & Castle, Aberystwyth. Pours clear-ish amber with floaters, white head. Aroma is pale malts. Taste is pale malts, mild biscuit grain, hints of lemon zest, but remaining very much a clean straight pilsner rather than veering into any fruity directions. Ok for what it is.
