Creamy beige head stayed well on a still, dirty brown body. Coffee & aniseed aroma - quite bitter. Medium bodied, minimal carbonation, crisp and clean on the palate with a dry finish. Dark chocolate, bitter coffee, under ripe berries & bitter dark plum tastes.

Pigs Ear Fest. Cask. Hazy amber beer, no head. Light semi dry palate, modest fine carbonation. Tangy fruits and a herbal - medicinal streak. Floral medicine! Light semi dry finish. A little odd.

Cask at Pis Ear 2016. Pours mostly clear reddish gold with a faint, creamy cap. The aroma has wintery spices, dried berries, bread. Light sweet flavour with more spice character, lightly toasted gains, soft bitter leaves. Light bodied with fine carbonation. Lingering spices in the finish. Alright.

Bottle from Sourced Market St Pancras and drunk at home. Very dark brown ruby near black colour lasting beige head. Malty fruity aroma. Fruity earthy beer. Some hop, but not much. Malt is kinda nice but still a bit earthy
