After rocking the scene of the Brussels Beer Fest 2018, we decided to come back with a new batch of that gorgeous oatmeal imperial stout brewed with coffee. Once again, no compromises were made! We are proud to offer complete transparency regarding the sourcing of our products. We established a partnership with Mamé Noka, a human scale, fair trade coffee import buisness. Mamé Noka's working territory covers various equatorial areas, depending on the seasons: a short path to a long run. Every Whack brewing session will showcase a different coffee. For this edition we used the same coffee as for the original: a harvest from the Boyo Project in Cameroun.

Sample @ BXL BeerFest 2018, shared with Belgian RB crew, thanks. Guess who? the ltd beer fest bottle sold at 14€ on draft at the fest .... meh!!! Brune, col fin beige.

25/VIII/18 - sample @ BXL Beer Festival - BB: n/a (2018-1098) Thanks to the Belgian and Dutch Ratebeer crews for sharing today's beers!

Clear reddish brown beer, small irregular aery beige head, pretty stable, non adhesive. Aroma: lots and lots of coffee all right, roasted, some chocolate, caramel, sweetish impression. MF: soft carbon, medium body. Taste: bitter start, very roasted, some chocolate, dry, coffee. Aftertaste: more coffee, very roasted, bitter, cocoa powder, ashes and yet more coffee. Well, no arguing that this is a coffee beer... :o
