Spaceman’s rebel twin sister differs from the classic one thanks to the addition of a generous amount of Pink Grapefruit peels during maturation. The citrus fruit changes and amplifies the aromatic profile, making the beer more refined and a little less bitter. This alter-ego is not afraid of any comparison.

(Thx! for sharing!) Sampled draft @ Italian BEER Week-End #5. Lightly hazy orange, creamy lightly off-white head. Nose is huge grapefruit peel, massively aromatic, almost going to essence / estract with lightly milky yeast & some lovely cheesy hops. Taste is massive grapefruit & largely grapefruit peel, massive, almost syrupy grapefruit peel, essence, aromatic, huge, wonderful, massively juicy, some malt body, complimentary hops. Damn the fruit is amazing here, much love.

Keg at GBBF 2016. Hazy gold with a decent white head. The aroma is fresh, juicy, bright grapefruit, lemon sherbet, candy and bread. The taste is crisp, dry, bitter, big grapefruit, lemon peel, soapy, sherbet, peppery spice, grass and straw with a dry finish. Medium body and moderate carbonation. Crisp, fresh and big grapefruit.

Cask at GBBF day 3 11/08/2016. A clear golden yellow straw coloured pour with a a fine white head. Aroma is zesty bright grapefruit, zesty citrus fruit, pale grains. Flavour is composed of zesty tangy grapefruit, orange assertive bitter fresh grapefruit. Palate is semi sweet highish carbonation. Good. Crisp tangy. Good. ,

Tap@Taphouse, Copenhagen - golden pour with white head. Aroma and taste is tropical and citrus fruity with big grapefruit prominence (funny enough), some nice malty backing, some satsuma and lemon citrus notes, easy going refreshing brew in this heat. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Draft @ Barborteur Beerdays #1, 14.5.2016. Dorée présentant un léger voile, col blanc crémeux. Arôme au nez fruité plaisant de pamplemousse, rétro houblonné virant sur un léger pin. Base malt reste discrète et marque plus sa présence en rétro-nasal par un nez léger grains, malt pils/pâle. Palais est léger bien fruité avec pas mal le pamplemousse sans être surfait, léger côté pin en rétro avec une pointe d’herbacé et une persistance d’agrumes de la version de base.

Draft @ Himmeriget, Copenhagen. Pours a hazy yellow golden color with a small white head. Has a fruity malty grapefruit hoppy aroma. Fruity malty grapefruit hoppy bitter flavor. Has a fruity malty grapefruit hoppy bitter finish.
