Bottle from The Bottle Shop Bermondsey and drunk at home. Hazy gold amber and a lasting white head. Earthy grapefruit aroma. Very light and easy drinking. Excellent pale ale. Over carbonated, but rather good I thought. A little bitter on the finish. Good fruit. Ok hop, some malt. Yes I like the citrus fruits. Light and entertaining.

Hazy gold beer, good white head. Palate is light and semi dry and finely crisp. Light malts, mildly sweet. Nice lemon sherbet vibe here. Light floral and candy fruit vibe. Whisper of citrus. Light finish. Bright and refreshing. Really like this NZ Cascade, hope we see a lot more of it.

Bottle. Turner’s, Sheffield. Pale gold. A bit murky. Thick, bubbly, foamy, off white head. Nose has overripe orange. Soggy stone fruit. Peach juice. Some grapefruit juice. Taste is sweet and peachy, with a crisp, grapefruit bitterness. A little overly fizzy and burp inducing. Loses the sweetness toward the finish, getting drier and zesty bitter.

Bottle from BBNo. It pours hazy golden - amber with a thick white head. The aroma is fresh, lemon - lime, key lime pie, tangy, mango and some floral accents. The taste is crisp, bitter, pithy, zesty citrus, lemon rind, grapefruit, floral, straw, pine and touch of minerals with a firmly dry finish. Light - medium body and fine, prickly carbonation. Decent gear.

Keg at the brewery tap. Pours hazy gold with a thick, foamy white head. The aroma holds ample zesty citrus, lemon and lime, some grapefruit, pine needles. Light sweet flavour with lots of resin and oily citrus rind, some pine, pale bread. Medium bodied with fine carbonation. Resinous finish, more oily rind, lemon peel. Great stuff.
