(Keg at Pikkulintu, 20140613) The beer poured black. Its head was medium sized and brown. Aroma had liquorice, chocolate and burnt malts. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were liquorice, burnt malts, sweetness, ash and bitterness. Aftertaste was sweet and bitter. A beer in which there were a Belgian yeast used it was very well hidden. Nice brew nevertheless.

Draft at Copenhagen Beer Celebration 2014, Session 2. Pours deep black-brown with a creamy, beige head. The nose holds dark bread, light cocoa, general roasted malts. Moderately sweet flavor with more dark malt character, burnt sugars, bread and bittersweet chocolate. Medium bodied with average carbonation. Lightly dry to finish with burnt earth, roast, and baking cocoa. Quite decent.
