Bottle shared at Chrisso’s May 2014 tasting 25/05/2014. Thanks to Paul. Golden coloured pour with a light haze and a white head. Aroma is honey malt, corn, honeysuckle and hot alcohol. Flavour is composed of stale flabby grains, honey, swet, hot alcohol. Palate is pretty sweet, flabby, corn.

Bottle shared at chriso’s May 2014 tasting - London. Pours clear, yellow-gold with a white cream topping. The nose has light honey, paper and white bread. Medium to big sweet flavor with floral honeysuckle, more paper and basic white bread. Medium bodied with fine carbonation. Finishes sugar with yet more paper and white bread. One-dimensional and mediocre.

Tasting at the ever gracious ChrisO’s. Light haze on this gold beer, small white head. Light dry palate. Dry malt, lots of paper. Trace of dried fruits. Light finish. Nasty.

Bottle shared at Chriso. It pours hazy golden with a small white head. The nose is sweet, musty, orange peel, muffin, spice, toast and stale notes. The taste is sweet, malt-driven, orange muffin, spice and candy with a dry, sweetish finish. Medium body and moderate carbonation. Dull, sweet and pretty musty.

Bottle 330ml. w. swing top.Clear medium orange yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, hay, toasted, sweet malt, mazipan malt, sugary malt. Flavour is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a long duration, grassy, sweet malt, straw, warm - sweet honey - sugar. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20130104]

Bügelverschlußflasche: Golden, a bit unclear, stable small lacy white head, moderate to solid sweetish-grainy nose, some fruity traces detectable; moderate sweet flavour, accompanied by a slight bitterness, not really full bodied; slightly lingering sweetish-grainy finish with a certain alcoholic tartness.O.K., but no reason to get excited…
