Almost certainly bottled, almost certainly this one (the young lady confirmed it was Zwiesel's weisse) at Zum Fürst'n, huge thanks Loz! Murky yellow body, off-white head. Pungent aroma, caramelly, floral, some phenols but not of the clove kind, bit worryingly, bit bready. Lean-medium, dry, tart, citric taste, floral, yeasty, bit citric, cloves more obvious thankfully, ending a bit minerally. Solid, not a world beater.

Bottle picked up from Appel Getränkemarkt, Moosburg and consumed at home Wednesday 19th May 2021 we have a homemade Fishpie for tea tonight. Listening to Tom Ravenscroft covering for Steve Lamaq on 6Music. Pours hazy yellowy, with a mid sized white head. Super creamy and soft moutheel, wheatiness immediately apparent in the mouth along with a supporting citrussy edge, sweetness also noted. Banana and clove on the nose but the former shows more in the mouth with a little creamy vanilla As Hefe-Weisse go it's fine, actually it's better than fine its quite good.

500ml bottle: BB 12th Aug 2020. Obtained from Beers of Europe, poured into a HofbrauHaus Munchner Kindl weissbier glass at home on 22nd Mar 2020. Golden body, light haze to it, white billowing head. Banana esters in the nose, yeasty notes too. Taste also had a banana flavoured front, light spice twist and again a yeasty note or two.

Schöne Trübung, gute Schaumentwicklung. Recht spritzig (sprich viel Kohlensäure). Gute Substanz, trotzdem noch süffig. Die ersten 3-4 Schlucke schmecken recht medizinisch, wird dann einigermaßen trinkbar. Trotzdem kein ungetrübter Genuss, da im Hintergrund ganz leicht der medizinische Geschmack von überreifen Früchten und bitteren Kräutern bleibt. Durchaus konsumierbar, aber ohne dass dabei die ganz große Freude aufkommt. Die Brauerei macht einige recht gute Biere - dies gehört aber nicht dazu.

500 ml bottle served in Weißbier glass. Banana, grain, yeast, some citrus. Fruity and yeasty. Soft carbonated, medium body. A bit watery, but refreshing. Decent Weißbier.

Donker geel troebel bier. Smaak is eniszins vlak maar licht fruitg zuur. Goede weizen.

Ins Glas ergießt sich ein trübes orangegoldenes Bier mit schöner Schaumkrone. Geruch hefig, fruchtig, leicht würzig. Geschmack sehr fruchtig, hefig, leicht würzig.

500ml bottle. Hazy dark golden colour with average, frothy, white head. Yeasty and wheat malty aroma, hints of apple, a cautious yeasty spicy touch. Taste is minimally tart, slightly fruity, hints of red and yellow apple, cautious spicy yeasty overtones. Average.

Pours cloudy yellow-orange colour. Aroma and flavour of spices, coriander, citrus and wheat. Decent.
