Draft at Craft Beer Rising 2014 - Brick Lane, London. Pours clear gold with a frothy, white head. Nicely balanced golden ale, plenty of pale dough and light, lemony hops. Light bodied with fine carbonation; good condition. Some light bitter hay in the finish augments the generally bready-doughy pale malt character. Fairly classic in nature. Basic but completely poundable.
