Clear golden colour, white head. Yeasty aroma, saison yeast, citrus. Light bitter flavour, cloves. Yeasty finish.

@ BXLfest 2017. Dorée claire, col épais blanc. Arôme au nez noble, fleuri marquant de fines effluves de saison belge, frais , léger avec pointes de grains concassés - pils. Palais est sec, orienté grains, note de levure rappelant les effets des saisons hennuyères ponctué par un effet houblonné noble finement citronné. Effervescence reste moyenne voire haute, avec au fini, un fleuri rappelant presque les fleurs de sureau.

Thank you for sharing Martinus! Sampled draft @ BXLBeerFest 2017. Pale golden, little white head. Nose is citrus, dull rice, oily, stale served too cold. Taste is bland metallic, oily, empty rice & citrus. Bland and empty attempt at saison.

Clear pale yellowish beer, big creamy solid white head, very stable, adhesive, leaving a nice lacing in the glass. Aroma: very malty, grains, hay, cow fodder, bit fruity, barn yard. MF: soft carbon, medium to light body. Taste: lots of grains, very malty, hay, cow fodder, soft bitterness. Aftertaste: bit metallic, grains, hay, soft bitterness, half decent. I guess it's always dangerous bringing a specific national style to it's home country as a foreign brewer. This one has more German characteristics than Belgian ones though.

7 3 7 3 15 Draft at BXL Beer Fest, Brussels ’17. Near clear golden with an off white head. Aroma of citrus, herbal hops, green weeds, spicy notes and yeast. Flavour is light moderate sweet and bitter. Light to medium bodied with above light carbonation.

@ BXL Beer Fest. Hazy yellow colour, white foam. Citrussy, yeasty (typical saison yeast), spice (coriander) light tartness. Good and easy drinkable saison.

En cruchon de 1L... Le nez est fait de céréales, d’abricots et de citron. En bouche, c’est un peu râpeux au début. C’est boisé, poivré et un peu citronné. L’amertume finale n’est pas bien agréable. Le côté "Session" est bien maîtrisé.

A pale blonde saison with a thin white head. In aroma, pleasant fruity malt with crisp character, light Brett, coriander, nice. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with light incense, orange peel, coriander, grassy hops, Brett notes, very nice. On tap at Gainsbourg.
