Very hazy pale gold beer. Residual white head. Crisp palate. Smoother lagerish malt, a little cream. Nice light sourish fruits, orange, apple and melon. Finishes smooth. Interesting and drinkable.

16/07/2011 La Tana (tap). Classica blanche, opalescente, torbida, magnifica schiuma bianca abbondante e persistente.

The bottle is 3 years old
It pours yellow, cloudy, flat, without head. The aroma gains some light acidity that is pleasant. The body is light, with some honeyish flavor, and mild lemony acidity. Refreshing.

A hazed and murkey ale with a thin white head. In aroma, a herbal and grassy malt with light Brett notes. In mouth, a smooth lemony malt with Brett notes, earthy and grassy, very nice but some astringency in finale. Bottle from GRM, shared with Probstk, GRM, Mike and Shaun, Nov. 20 2011.

Bottle: Poured a cloudy pale yellow color ale with a huge foamy head with great retention and some excellent lacing. Aroma of bready yeast with lightly sweet malt notes is intriguing and different. Taste is also very strong on the bready yeast notes with some lightly sweet malt and a somewhat dry finish. Body is full with some very limited filtration and great carbonation. I could not have guessed this was a witbier had I not looked at the site description but really tasty after all.

On tap at Open Baladin. Cloudy orange with a firm andd lasting white head. Strong yeasty aroma with some grainy malt and herbs. Flavour of yeast, lime peel and herbs with a medium bitterness. Too much yeast in the glass really to pick out any nuances.

Draft. An unclear light yellow beer with a thin white head. The aroma has notes of lemonpeal, coriander, and pomerans. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, wheat, pomerans, and coriander, leading to a dry wheaty finish.
