500ml bottle. Clear pale greenish colour. Aroma and taste of fresh pears, medium sweet, very refreshing. Light bodied, moderate carbonation. Actually not too bad for a perry, expected worse to be honest.

568ml bottle from local shop. Clear pale yellow colour with a fizzy white foam head that quickly dissipates away and aroma of light pear. Taste is sweet pear plus some woody notes. Slightly oily mouthfeel, medium bodied, medium carbonation, syrupy sweetness through to the finish. OK.

Light green clear cider. The aroma is indistinguishable from the apple version, but this has a much more agreeable taste than this.

Bottle at the ChrisO Snow Tasting, London - big thanks to Fergus for this rare perry! Pours perfectly clear with almost no color and a light, white foam head. Has an odd, artificial pear aroma. Big sweet flavor with fake fruits, apple and pear, sugar. Light bodied with average to heavy carbonation. Syrupy. Sugary finish, faint pear. What?

Bottle at Chriso’s snow tasting 20/01/2013. Sorry for inflicting this on everyone. Crystal clear petrol colour, no head, low viscosity. Very sweet fake fruit aroma. Very seet flavour followed by puke and vague fake pear. Nothing genuine about this in any way.
