Cask at the brewpub. Clear pale golden. Slight grapefruit aroma. Mid sweet with light-medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Custard and grapefruit with long bitterness. Nicely drinkable.

Cask @ William IV. Almost clear golden body with a small white head. Citric fruity aroma. Flavor is light malty and nice citric fruity, some grapefruit, peaches and grassy. Quite dry, smooth and decent bitter. Medium body and bitter aftertaste. Nice, but not much besides the hop flavors - and sometimes thats just OK.

Cask @ King William IV, London. RBESG 2011. Pours cloudy yellow with a small off white head. Citrussy and exotic hoppy. Hop juice. Really dry and bitter. Smooth.

On cask at The The Crosse Keys, Covent Garden, London, 04.06.11 Pours mid gold with a white rim for a head. Good full flavoured beer, with nice soft hoppy burn. This has bags of flavour with good flurry of citrus noted throughout. A7 A4 T7 P3 Ov14 3.5

Cask gravity at GBBF 2010. Pale gold, lasting thin white head. Cat’s pee Amarillo hop aorma, really smooth in mouth. Great lemony finish. Does it all well.

Cask, Jolly Butchers, Stoke Newington. Hazy gold looks with a thin white rim. Big grapefruit and citrus hops on show in the nose and flavour departments. Gently sweet, light and easy drinking. Great lingering bitter finish, but with a nicely understated subtleness at the same time. Really enjoyed everything I’ve tasted out of this stable thus far.

Cask at the Old Coffee House, London. Pours a clear yellow with a faint, bubble head. Has a sweaty, grassy hop aroma. Lightly sweet flavor with some honey and lemon, faint tartness, with more grass, hay and earthy bitterness. Light bodied with fine carbonation. Faint malt finish with plenty of floral, grassy hops and mild dryness. Could be a bit fuller in body but overall quite nice.

Cask at the King Charles I, London on 2nd Sept 2010. Gold with a white foamy head. Deliciously hoppy with grapefruit the leading taste element here, with a long-lasting hoppy finish, and a light to zingy mouthfeel

Slightly hazy pale gold beer. Suddy white head. Sulphur on the nose (is this common with Amarillo hops?) Light dry palate. Some floral notes. Light fresh citrus hops but a little weak in flavour. Finishes very dry with a pinch of spice. Needs to be less dry and a bit more ooomph!

From cask. Pours cloudy yellow with a small white head. Aroma is mild citrusy and peachy. Crisp hoppy. Smooth fruity, peaches and mild citrusy flavoured. Lingering peachy and crisp bitter finish.
