The components of one of the most-heralded blends were Cuvee de Tomme, Duck Duck Gooze, and Yellow Bus. Tomme says this was "Yellow Bus light," and used the same peaches as Yellow Bus, but had a different base.

After quite a bit of years of hunting, and waiting to open this, I finally had my chance in 2022. Pours a clear blonde, very small white head. Scent is full on American (balanced, high quality though) tartness. Citric, elegant, yet intense. Very fresh - after all these years ! Fruityness is mild. Taste is full, super elegant and fresh. Citric, mild peach. Perfectly balances, harmony is legendary in this one. Medium acidity. Wood, full on intensity, yet so , so damn elegant. I could hardly believe it myself iif I wasn't actually drinking this, but this one shows litterally 0 signs of (negative) age factors. Waaw, this white whale didn't dissapoint at all !

Scopey 5K Tasting in deepest Croydonia. Big thanks to Paul for breaking out this whale for his 5K. Lightly hazy gold beer, small white head. Palate is light and crisp. Light sourness with touches of wood and worcester sauce. Little citric peel bitterness and sour sherbet. Light floralness and tangerine. Finishes semi and crispy. Very nice.

Bottle shared at the Scopey 5K tasting - big thanks to the host for this one. Pours cloudy yellow-gold with a foamy, white head. Nice, citric tartness in the aroma with accents of tangerine and peach. Moderate sweetness to the flavor with lovely tang, lemon, further tangerine. Light bodied with fine, massaging carbonation. Clean, refreshing conclusion with great balance, more lemony tang, tangerines, faint leather, light alcohol warmth. Wonderful balance and nuance. Highly drinkable. Very good beer.

Bottle at home to celebrate my #5000 rate! It pours hazy golden orange with a small white head. The nose is wood, floral, barnyard, brett, hay, apricot yoghurt, light spice, wet leaf and some mustiness. The taste is crisp, tart, peachy, orange, sour apricot, light acidity, sherbet, sour candy, wood, vinous, lightest touch of vinegar, white grape skin, gooseberry and some floral notes with a dry, tart finish. Medium body and fine, prickly carbonation. Very approachable and rather drinkable stuff. Perhaps not quite what its cracked up to be, but tasty nonetheless.

Bottle at Sloshfest. Hazy golden colour, white head. Aroma of acid, funk, lemon, light floral sweetness, light fruity, apricot. Flavour is still quite sour, but more mellow and rounded off than in the 008, lemon, funk, light peppery, light acidburn, floral, rather sour finish. More enjoyable than the 008, but still way too sour for me.

Sampled this at a sour tasting that Tomme Arthur showed up at out of the blue. This beer poured an opaque, vibrant yellow-orange color with absolutely no head despite there being plenty of carbonation. There were notes of slightly tart peaches, sweet notes that were pretty fun on the tongue. Nice tart finish. This was pretty darn enjoyable. So glad to try this one.
