He is a ruler, an overlord, a top dog, a crowned head.
In the realm of all that is tart and sour, Jelly King reigns supreme.
Rather than choosing between sour or hoppy, we decided to create a beer that would be both at the same time. Showcasing the aromatic benefits of a generous dry hop, harnessing the prowess of lactic acidity, and coming to a can near you without a pesky slumber in oak, Jelly King is the fermented embodiment of immediate gratification.
What it smells like, what it tastes like, what it looks like: Jelly King combines bright and juicy hop aromatics with a refreshingly tart base, and is bursting with notes of fuzzy peach, tangerine, and grapefruit.

Light yellow, but lots of sediment making it orangey. Citrus and peach on the nose. Super tart, citrusy and bright. Sour and dry, a bit of funk beat. Good stuff.

Bottle ordered from Cloudwater. Funky citrus aroma. Earthy. Herbal edge. Hazy pale peachy gold. Bubbly translucent white head. Medium-heavy sour. Citrus. Salty edge. Gets more and more juicy whilst maintaining its original facets. Light-medium bodied. Slick with a chalky follow-through. Average carbonation. Long dry astringent finish. Sour but eminently drinkable.

Bottle from the LCBO. Lightly hazed medium gold with a large active white head that leaves patchy lace. Nose is bright stone fruit, funk, citrus peel, more funk, and some funk. Light fruity sweetness with medium tangerine and peach tartness and though not as in your face as the nose. Mouth is medium and juicy with average carbonation and a tart finish. 8+/4/8+/4/17
