Bright clear gold beer, tidy white head. Fruity nose, touch of bourbon. Light palate, mildly dry. Decent fine carbonation. Nice tangy fruits here, orange, tangerine and a little lemon. There is a mild sourness but it never gets too much. Touch of white wine tang. Light finish brings a bare whisper of bourbon. There a little vinegar in the swallow, really not much but just enough to stop this Berliner being a great one. Tasty and drinkable nontheless.

Thanks to Jack for sharing this rare beer. A little bourbon up front, with dry oak. Some fruit flavor, which comes though as sweet sugar and pineapple. Mildly tart. Light on the palate but full flavor. Good. Red

Bottle shared by Jack, thanks! Pours a hazy peachy gold with a white head that dissipates quickly and completely. Aroma has a good amount of tart kumquat and earthy wheat with a bit of oak. Flavor has a tart tropical fruit note with some earthy wheat and a bit of an oaky undertone.

Bottle picked up at Cotteridge Wines, Cotteridge, Birmingham consumed at Lynn and Barrys on Saturday 1st August 2015. Fresh nose, it’s a sweet tropical fruitiness in the aroma but also citrussy. In the mouth this is tart, tangy, it’s really lovely, sour a little dry but very fruity. A7 A3 T7 P4 Ov15 3.5

Tap at Cotteridge Wines. Poured a hazy straw colour with a thin whispy white head. The aroma is yeast, light sour fruit. The flavour is moderate sour with a yeasty acid lemon kumquat palate. Light bodied with soft carbonation.
