Basically, as the name suggests, there were two badly licked bears in the brewing adventure. Today, there is only one left. Always as gruff but gentle as a lamb, Gauthier Bourgy brews his craft beers with a masterful hand. Basically, he's a computer scientist in the north. Today, after intensive training at the Institut Français de la Brasserie et de la Malterie in Nancy, he is found in the Périgord. It is located in a strategic location in terms of traffic and above all, the water is perfect for brewing its craft beers. Established since 2017, the Brasserie Les 2 Ours has been more than well received. Encouraged by this enthusiasm, Gauthier Bourgy, makes the device: short circuits and direct sales. He chose a local malt house that malts organic barley grown on neighboring land. In its tracks, the brewer began a conversion to organic farming.
