Draft pour pint enjoyed at Route 2, Monroe. Clean copper red appearance, active carb, cream off white foam. Nice bready malt aroma that translates right into the flavor. Sharp taste up front, with a smooth, malty finish. Cool constant, flavorful red, while maintaining a more crisp overall refreshment. Solid red that will drink quick. Very nice brew.

Hazy and pale. Thin head. Lots of beech smoke on the nose along with sweet pale malt. Malts are sort of thick, underattenuated, and lack brightness. Finishes a bit thin and grainy. The smoke character is pretty good, though.

Good looking beer with orange body and white head. Light aroma. Thin taste with something like candy. Finish like pancake with syrup, not an ale.

Can pour at the Brewers Association bar at LCBF. Pours clear straw yellow with a white cap. Aroma: grains, bread. Taste: light to moderate sweet & bitter, crisp, more bread and grains, little lemon note. Light to medium body with soft carbonation. Very tidy pilsner.

500mL bottle, pours a clear golden with a medium white head. Aroma brings out gentle herbal hops, a touch of grass, and biscuity malt. Flavour is reasonably fresh, with grassy hops, light herbal notes, and biscuity malt. Clean, crisp and nicely drinkable. Good.
