Clear light gold with lasting white head. Grassy with herb aroma. Taste is strange, the Citra adds something that doesn't seem like a pilsener. Still pleasant with a crisp finish.

Bottle. Pours a clear pale straw yellow with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma is full of straw and hay with a hint of earthy pine and grass supporting. Flavor has light hay throughout with growing grass and a bit of of bitter pine underlying.

500 ml bottle. Aroma is bready sweet malt, grainy. Pours clear golden with a one finger bone white head that falls into a skiff and ring of foam pretty quickly. Taste is moderately sweet with light hop bitterness. Great creamy mouthfeel. I’ll never be a big fan of the Kolsch style, but if someone forced me to drink one at gunpoint, I’d probably pick this.
