500ml bottle from Beers of Europe. Pours hazed, slightly murky golden amber. Light rum on the nose, alongside some freshly pulped apple fruit. Taste is smooth with good fleshy pure fruit, soft rum integration with a poky alcohol presence. Very good Rum cask cider.

750ml bottle. Golden amber colour, no head and aroma of solvent, rum, spice, leather, funk. Taste is juicy, mellow apple, boozy rum, toffee, brown sugar, with citrus hints, some wood, vanilla and a slight biscuity undertone. Oily mouthfeel, medium bodied, low carbonation, dry, tart with some sweetness at the finish. Nicely drinkable.

Cask @ Chelmsford Beer & Cider Festival. Clear yellow with a small white head. Aroma is sweet apples, light tart apples, pear and light sulphur. Flavor is quite sweet and slightly acidic. Dry and slightly acidic finish. 150218

Taste is mellow sweetish apple, slight balsamic vinegary hint, fruity, caramel, woody, oaky, leathery, funky, alittle spice and drying tannin. Oily mouthfeel, medium bodied, low carbonation, dry oaky finish. Nicely drinkable.
