Cask at St Jude Tavern, Ipswich. Aroma is low key malts at best. Clear copper gold. No head. Medium bitter. Quinine and herbs. Medium bodied. Slick. Flat-average carbonation. Long astringent finish. Another super bitter beer that lacks astringent. Light bodied. Thin to slick. Average carbonation. Long dry astringent finish. Old school UK take on an APA to be charitable.

Cask at St Judes Tavern, Ipswich. Aroma is low key - malty. Clear copper gold. A few mm of white head around the rim. Medium-heavy bitter. Quinine and harsh resin. Bitter citrus. Light-medium bodied. Slick. Flat. Long astringent finish. Apparently an American Pale Ale. Well dodge.
