Brown, amber? Very sweet, and smooth, an homage to the Red Velvet cake no doubt. Sweetness rules the day, vanilla mostly. Creamy body, almost cream sodaish throughout. Interesting, but may be too sweet to have more than one.

On Tap at PreFunk Boise Mostly clear orange amber with a thin silky off-white head. Standard piney hop aroma, and mostly grassy woody hop bitter flavors. Not much of the fresh flavors I was hoping for. Maybe this is what a session Imperial tastes like. I guess when you invent a style you can make it however you want.

Really well crafted IPA. Pours out with huge fluffy head, nice clear copper body, piney, hoppy aroma. Taste is right in the wheelhouse for an IPA, mild hoppy finish, a bit dry, tinge of metallic taste.

It pours a clear, golden body, well, it’s clear except for some microfloaties. A dense, finger-thick off-white head sits on top, leaving lacings. The aroma has a light funky and yeasty touch, but it’s mostly fruity. Fruity flavor too, some yeast and pale malts, with a decent bitterness. Medium body, pleasant carbonation. Long finish with a nice bitterness and grassy notes. A rather boring one, but sure drinkable. 141220

On Tap at the Boise BP Definitely dark, wispy tan head. Basic dark malt aroma and flavors. A bit acidic at the end. Some soot, a little dark fruit. Pleasant but pretty tame.

On Tap at the Boise BP Hazy deep copper color with a soapy light tan head. Light toasted malt flavors. Bitter but not hoppy. A touch of fall spice and some notes of cereal and maybe a little rye.
