Description
Returning brewing to Wimborne after almost 80 years. Eight Arch Brewing Co. is named after the eight arches at nearby landmark Julian’s Bridge in Wimborne Minster, Dorset, UK. Producing hop forward pales & IPAs to dark & roasty stouts. We have won awards in both regional and national SIBA competitions for a variety of styles.

Draft at All Hail Ale, Bournemouth. Clear golden with a white head. Aroma of citrus, tropical fruits, peach and orange notes. Flavour is light sweet and moderate bitter. Light bodied with soft carbonation.

Cask at All Hail Ale, Bournemouth. Near black with a ring tan head. Aroma of fudge, chocolate, light licorice, toffee. Flavour is moderate to light heavy sweet. Medium bodied with very soft carbonation.

Can from Hoptimism. Floral aroma with some grass. Low key. Light gold. Bubbly white head. Medium bitter with a sweet citrus edge and also malt. Light-medium bodied. Slick. Average carbonation. Relatively abrupt finish. Drinkable and refeshing if not overly memorable.

Keg at the hanging bat... Hazy amber... Thin white lacing.. Soft sweet tonka.. Light coffee soft fruits nose... Soft sweet tonka vanilla.. Well that's the first tonka ipa for me

Keg at HL1, 16/11/18. Hazed golden orange with a decent off white cap. Nose is spice, chocolate, caramel, toasted malts. Taste comprises white chocolate sprinkle, caramel, mellow roast, cheesecake base, biscuit crumbs. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close Fine enough white stout.

330ml can. Hazy orange with an off-white head. Aroma of sweet candied tropical fruits, caramel, resin. Taste is medium sweet, candied tropical fruits, mango, orange, marmalade, caramel, resin, bitter finish. Medium bodied, soft carbonation. Ok, a touch sweet.
