Keg at the Bison Craft House and Kitchen, Brighton. Hazy terracotta coloured pour, no head. Definite strawberry and lime in the aroma. Flavour much the same with some notes of grapefruit coming through too. Works very well.

Cask at GBBF. It pours lightly hazy pale gold with a small white head. The aroma is sweet, sticky, oily, ripe stone fruits, yellow plum, nectarine and wet grass. The taste is dry, bitter, grassy, wet straw, spice, weedy, tannin, stone fruits and chalky vibes with a drying finish. Medium body and low carbonation. Green. Not bad.
