Description
Returning brewing to Wimborne after almost 80 years. Eight Arch Brewing Co. is named after the eight arches at nearby landmark Julian’s Bridge in Wimborne Minster, Dorset, UK. Producing hop forward pales & IPAs to dark & roasty stouts. We have won awards in both regional and national SIBA competitions for a variety of styles.

Gravicask at Tuckers Maltings Beer Festival. Decent white head to a msity golden body. Dotted spots on the glass. Grassy hops on the nose. Moderate taste of bread and grassy. Citric hints to the ending. Easy to drink. Satisfying (Newton Abbot 28.04.2017).

Gravicask at Tuckers Maltings Beer Festival. Bubbly white head to a hazy orange-gold body. Fragile lacing. Ripe citrus nose. Blended taste of oranges, apricot, and peaches. Citrus shells to the finish. Medium bodied. Smooth on the swallow. Decent. Nice partner to our cheese bite. (Newton Abbot 28.04.2017).

Cask-conditioned, on gravity, at the Tucker’s Maltings Festival, 28/4/2017. Golden in colour, with a slight, white, head. Plenty of citrus fruits, crisp malts, leafy hops and a lingering, dryish, finish. Enjoyable.

Cask gravity at Reading BF 2017. Hazy orange gold colour lasting beige head. Astringent zest citrus aroma. Good condition good sharp orange flavour Good bitterness on the finish. I liked the zesty orange fruit.

Cask at CBC Holborn, 10/03/17. Extremely dark mahogany brown with a well appointed tan covering. Nose is chocolate, spice, roasted coffee beans, brown bread. Taste comprises toffee, chocolate tinged porridge, roast malt, cocoa powder, biscuit. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, drying close. Solid cask stout.

Cask at CBC, Covent Garden on 11th March 2017. Hazy gold with disappearing off-while foam and scant lacing. Inviting aroma of citrus hop, biscuit malt and cheesy yeast. Fine citrus hoppiness in-mouth with a nutty kick. Grassy hop finish. Medium bodied with an engaging texture. Superb!

Cask at Craft Covent Garden. Very hazy orange with a small off white head. Aroma of light fruits, citrus, grapefruit, earthy hops and malt. Flavour is light moderate sweet and moderate bitter. Light medium bodied with very soft carbonation.

Cask @ The Grove, Huddersfield. Black with a creamy off-white head. Ver stated with its roasted malts in both aroma and taste.

Cask@Craft Beer Co, Covent Garden, London - black pour with beige head. Roasted toasted malty aroma and taste with some slight charred burnt malty action, some chocolate, light coffee roast, nice sweet and bitter balance, pretty solid overall.
