16 oz. can. Nice malty beer smell as I'm pouring. Golden beer color under a frothy white head. Taste offers aromatic malt, then some sugar creeps in. But it's nicely done. No real bitterness detected. No alcohol noticed at all.

Can from a Chicago store. Pours clear rich dark amber with a large spongy beige head, faint resin aroma, adequate carbonation, medium bitter slightly piney malt taste, thin smooth body, and long medium bitter finish. A very smooth American IPA.

Sampled from the tap at GTMW 2023. Pours a slightly hazy copper amber with an off white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma is barrel forward with sweet grains and bread coming through. Flavor has sweet grains and caramel with some bread and a barrel backbone.

can (1/10/23) pour from Total Wine & More, Brentwood. It's a lightly hazy golden brown with tons of sparkle, four-finger width tan foam head with good retention and gobs of soapy lacing. Aroma is sweet/tart citrus, grapefruit and dank pine with malt. Taste follows aroma. Mouthfeel is light-to-medium bodied with smooth texture, soft carbonation and finish as taste with lingering bitterness. Overall, didn't notice date stamp until now--d'oh! Hops are present but past their prime as much of this is weird for Mosaic. Tastes like many West Coast IPAs of ten years ago. Must have been shaken up.

Tap at Tighthead. Perhaps a pinch under carbonated. Mellow, malty. Really true to style, well attenuated too. Quite drinkable, well centered. Good.

Tap at Tighthead. Hefty and choresome to drink, a slow sipper. A rich syrupy amber malt tone that is a little intense. Hefty, but sugary. OK.

Tap at Tighthead. Minty, hints of pine resin. Cool hop tone. Would be awesome for a Cold IPA. Love how they went all in with Talus, no distracting Citra or you know. Perhaps the most definitive Talus hopped beer Ive ever had. Good.

Pour is a clear copper with a average white head. Aroma is sweet tootsie roll mal with lots of caramel. Flavor is a grainy caramel with with something almost like a rosewater finish. Lighter in the mouthfeel then I thought it would be. Decent maibock with plenty of malt goodness that did not finish as sweet as I thought It would.
