tap from the Boulder brewpub - Pours black with a dark tan head. The aroma is mainly chocolate malt as is the flavor. There’s a little bitterness in the finish, perhaps more from the roast flavors than the hops. It’s not complicated and it’s not too impressive for an imperial stout, but it’s full bodied and tasty.

tap from the Boulder brewpub - Pours dark brown with a roast malt aroma. The flavor is dark roast malt with a little coffee. I think the body is too thin. Overall it’s drinkable but underwhelming.

tap from the Boulder brewpub - Pours medium brown and has the expected nutty malt aroma. The taste is roast caramel malt and nuts in a medium bodied brew. It’s an okay, rather ordinary brown ale.

tap from the Boulder brewpub - Pours lightly hazy copper with a nicely lacing head. There’s a very good grapefruit accented hop aroma. The flavor has more of those good, crisp citrus hops and a solid malt balance. It’s medium bodied and overall an enjoyable IPA, definitely the best of the sampler I had.

tap from the Boulder brewpub - Pours amber-orange and has a caramel malt aroma. The flavor is quite sweet. There’s minimal hops presence and a touch of dark fruit to go with all that malt. Decent.

tap at Boulder brewpub - This brew smells of citrus accented hops and a touch of caramel. It has a pretty mild flavor profile with the usual caramel malt and hops of a pale ale It’s not bad, but not all that great either.

tap at Boulder brewpub - Pours cloudy pale yellow with a white head and a yeasty wheat aroma. It’s a sweet beer with a little citrus in there, a light body, and overall an okay brew that’s somewhat lacking in character.

Draught. Poured yellow with a thin white head. Moderate lacing. Slight but pleasant malt aroma, with a bit of hay. Delicate flavour, a little malt, a little bitter hops. Nice crisp finish.
