Cask at The Prince of Wales, Farnborough. 19/07/16. Feint hoppy aroma. Light gold. Healthy white head. Mesium bitter, with a very sweet aftertatse. Hoppy palate. Smooth. A good pint, but more like an IPA than a kristallweizen.

Cask at the Queen Hotel (JDW), Aldershot. A pale amber pour with a loose white head; aroma of citrus and sour grain; sour grain taste with some sweet, but bitter, grapefruit; and a long, shrap, fresh grapefruit finish. A pleasant APA.

Clear light copper orange colour and a foamy white head. This has a musty sour dough aroma, not wholly pleasant. In taste, a sharp astringent bitterness combined with a sour graininess and not much else.

Cask handpull at the crosse keys. Mid amber orange coloured pour with a lasting thin loose white head. Aroma is tangy apple, little dishwater, some sour mustyness. Flavour is composed of nutty malts, toffee, tangy green apple with hints of acetic. Yuck. Palate is semi sweet, grainy and tangy, lowish carbonation. Unintentional sour or a bad cask.
