Bottle thanks to fata2683: Poured a burnt brown with a bubbly off white head. Aroma is malts. Taste was a thin watery sweet malt, nuttiness, and light spice.

Bottle thanks to fata2683: Poured a golden with a fluff off white head. Aroma is strong on pine and citrus hops with a fruitiness. Taste is mild hops with nice malts and fresh grain. The flavor is a little let down after such a bold nose, but seems very good overall.

Poured for me in ’Spenser’s Bar’, Grand Canyon Hotel, Williams, Arizona. Sunday 9th May 2010, Mothers Day. The beer came a true nut brown colour, slight haze, but not cloudy by any means. On top sat a thin tan coloured foaming head, didn’t stay long though. The smells given off were all malty, sweet molasses with slight hints of chocolate and coffee if you dug deep enough. The maltiness carries on throughout the tasting, it dominating the flavours from start to finish. There is a small attempt at some bitterness towards the end of the mouthfeel, but too little too late in my opinion. Not a bad brown, but not a great one either.

Bottle via a trade. Pours with a murky/muddy orange-brown hued body with a lasting bright white head that leaves some lace. Aromas are of iced tea, crystal malt, medium citrus, orange, light pine, some fruity esters. Very sweet smelling with some light bready notes. Flavors are quite sweet, bready, caramel, mild butterscotch (diacetyl), citrus and ice tea. Sweet. Super lively carbonation. Not great.

12 oz. bottle. Thanks Timmy! Pours dark brown with a thin head and no lacing. The aroma is molasses, pecans, a little roasted malts and some earthy hops. The flavor is sticky sweet, and very bitter. The palate is medium, sticky and astringent. Overall, this is a sticky, syrupy, and cloyingly sweet. Not very impressed.

bottle pours light yellow with a lasting medium white head. Aroma is big with notes of cascade hops, lots of juicy citrus. Flavor is pretty malt forward which was a surprise given the nose I got. Lots of sweet grass and cracker notes with a thin herbal hop finish.

Bottle (courtesy of Ibrew2or3) . Sweet peach, banana, clove and musk aroma. Cloudy golden yellow color with moderate head. Slightly sweet banana, funky musk and wheat malt flavor. Medium body. Not bad - different spiciness than the typical Hefeweizen.

Courtesy of hellbilly. 12oz bottle pours clear gold with white head. The beer just seems to hit the spot today. The aroma comes across as un buttered popcorn, saltine crackers, corn kernels, grainy malts, clean earthy gravel and hay. The taste is similar with saltine crackers, un buttered popcorn, some spicy hops and some earthy hops. This is yummy for what it is and seems to be its own palate cleanser too.
