Pint at the brewery - well-executed west coast IPA - clean malt character allows copious citrus and pine hop character to shine through - fairly high acidity maybe gets a little sharp, but not overly so - strong but not abrasive finishing bitterness.

Draft @ The Happy Raven, Lincoln, Nebraska. Aroma is light chocolate, mild ash, mild booze.
My favorite thing about this brew is the full, sliky mouthfeel that this has and it was not on Nitro. The flavor maybe more on the restrained side. But still pretty nice overall.

12oz bottle. Unfiltered orange-tan body. Thin, steady, white head. A pleasant modern take on an APA. The lactose really smooths out the whole thing, the orange peel helps keep it vibrant. Sort of like a Cream Ale/APA/Wit hybrid. Unique, good.

Keg at the eebria taproom. Hazed. Light orange coloured pour with a sticky off white head. Aroma is decent tropical fruit. Mango and pineapple. Semi sweet grains. Flavour is composed of, solid, Berry, mango, earthy citrus, biscuit. Palate is semi sweet, highish carbonation, grainy. Nice and juicy.

Killer beer. Aroma has all kinds of thangs going on- floral, moss, caramel, hops, malt, wet grain, to start. Flavor’s similar to nose, but muted and super smooth. Smooth easy body too. Very little sign of alcohol. Really easy drinking.

12oz can. Pretty tasty coffee-brown ale. Nice bitter balance, pleasant brown malt tones, pleasant brown cold brewed coffee notes. All around a pleasant beer. Solid..

Seems as though they’re trying to take a rich beverage like coffee and dumy it down beerwise. Doesn’t work too well.

12oz bottle. While rye is not my favorite ingredient, this is a pretty good Rye IPA, with enough hops to balance it out. Big, full bodied, kind of a classic West Coast hop feel with a specialty malt heavy linger. Better than I had anticipated, I could go for more of this.

12oz bottle. Walking the line between Golden Ale and Session IPA. Yellow-tan body, some haze. Thin, frothy head. Not a lot going on. Thin, watery golden malt. Hops and carbonation give it a seltzer bite. Not bad, I can see drinking a lot of this..if it were free. Otherwise maybe not.

Can. A- Milk chocolate, brownie batter. A- Black color, black liquid, beige head. T- Roasty, dry, subtle bitterness, cocoa. P- Full body, average texture, average carbonation, O- A nice smooth chocolaty nose and a bit of a bitter and dry body. Knowing a bit of Denver breweries I’d have expected a "Hammer & Sickle" RIS to come from Komrade brewing, not these guys. Not important, but a thought. Decent beer.
