APPEARANCE: deep gold color and clear. no head. TASTE: initial medium-low citrus flavor, followed by a dominant medium-high acetic character. medium-low bitterness with a dry finish. PALATE: medium-low body with low carbonation. OVERALL: an overly acetic fruit lambic-like beer with fermentation and blending problems.

AROMA: proeminent medium-high acetic sour aroma followed by low fruity/winy character and low toasty malt notes in the backgorund (bread crust). APPEARANCE: brown-ish amber color and slightly hazy. medium beige head with medium retention. TASTE: initial medium to medium-high acetic sourness with some complementary red wine notes. low background malt toasted malt notes. medium bitterness with a dry finish. MOUTHFEEL: medium-low body with medium carbonation. slight astringency. OVERALL: a red flanders with excessive acetic character.

Draught, half pint. @Cervejaria do Carmo, Porto (Portugal). 10/03/2020 [#3.311 Global - #158 Portugal - #4 Vadia Cervejas] Pitch black color with a medium tan head. Aroma is roasted malts, soft licorice and toffee. Taste is nuts, roasted malts and burnt caramel. Sweet finish. Medium bodied. Next one please!

Bottle 33 cl - Batch: B006BB1 (BBF 30.04.2020) AROMA: medium aroma of stale bread, bread crust, light malty toffee, low under attenuation-like and slight cardboard. APPEARANCE: brownish amber color and clear. medium dark ivory head with medium-low retention. TASTE: initial medium-low to low toasty malt, followed by medium-low oxidation notes (cardboard). low bitterness with a dry finish. PALATE: medium-low body with medium-low carbonation. OVERALL: a beer with odd notes resembling stale bread mixed with oxidation.

APPEARANCE: ambar color and clear. thin ivory head with no retention. slight leg formation. TASTE: low wood notes with a slight toffee background. medium-low bitterness with a dry finish. flat. PALATE: medium-low to low body with very low carbonation. slight tanninic astringency. OVERALL: an oak aged flat doppelbock, flavor and aroma-wise.

AROMA: medium-high apple aroma with notes of green apple zest and a slight sweet background. APPEARANCE: light gold color and translucent. medium-low white head with low retention. TASTE: medium apple flavor and sweet. finishes semi-sweet with a faint funky aftertaste. PALATE: low body with medium-high carbonation. OVERALL: a cider on the sweet side.

Draught, half pint. Tasted on the 14/07/2018 at «Caminha Artbeerfest 2018», Caminha (Portugal). Copper colour with a low white head. Aroma is sweet malts, caramel, bread and some straw. Taste is sweet malts, caramel, bread and slightly toffee. Next one please.
