Sample at the Beer ’N Rock Band tasting on 08/27/2010: Pours a hazy orange color with a thin off-white head that dissipates quickly. Thin top ring of lacing with spots under it. Aroma of bananas and yeast along with some sweet malt. Medium body with flavors of sweet fruit, grain, cloves and yeast. The finish is sweet malt with a banana aftertaste. Decent beer overall.

Has a spicy, lightly fruity and citrus aroma with plenty of malt. Flavor is much of the same with the malts and earth tones really cutting down the citrus. Well balanced but not exactly my style of IPA. Still, it’s a nice beer to go with a good sandwich.
