Box @ JDW Montgomery’s Tower. Pours a misty gold. Aroma of fresh apple orchard. Taste has a ripened fleshy apple fruitiness, well balanced with light must and soft, mirage-like tannins on the finish. A great, fruity cider this.

Hazy, yellow colored, small white non lasting head. Aroma is of apples, tart apple, some apple peel, some farmhouse notes. Taste is medium- sweet apple juice, moderate- apple tartness, some farmhouse notes, apple skin bitterness, dry finish. Medium bodied, soft- carbonation. Fine.

500ml bottle from Orchard Box. Sparkling pale golden colour with a short-lived fizzy white foam head. Fruity apple aroma with a hint of sulphur. Taste is sweet, fruity apple, sugary, with alittle light funk. Oily mouthfeel, medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, finish is dry and sweet. OK, too sweet for me.
