Taste is oily toffee, bit thin, thin buttery bodied, hay bread, caramel. Weak tasting with overt butter, nothing awful but far from impressive.

Almost clear brown beer, tidy cream colour head. Palate is smooth and a little soft. modest fine carbonation. Smooth malts, a little cream. Ripe fruits. Alcohol spice. Touches of cherry and orange peel. Smooth finish. Not too bad, pretty drinkable.

Draft. An amber beer with a lazing beige head. The aroma has notes of hops, spices, straw, and malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, caramel, spices, and hops, leading to a bitter finish.

50cl bottle. Pours clear deep golden colour with a mid-sized good lasting white head. Aroma of mild sweetish malt, straw, mild bitterness. Taste of mild grainy malt, straw, low spicy bitterness, nothing special.

Sampled draft @ PiwPaw - Beer Heaven. Deep red amber, little head. Nose is cough syrup, amber, herbal, faint chemical. Taste is cough syrup, herbal, medicinal, close to flat. Okay medicinal cough syrup barley wine.

Draft sample @ PiwPaw Warsawa. Cuivre, col fin blanc-cassé. Arôme au nez marqué de céréale, rétro cara pâle, touche de crystal avec un rétro-nasal centré sur le biscuité. Palais met bien l’alcool devant, amertume houblonnée ajoutant un effet citronné. Le tout est collant aux lèvres, pointe de biscuité, toffeee, effervescence faiblarde avec fini offrant un caractère caramel, sucre résiduel, raisins secs et autres fruits.
