On tap at Bräuhaus Südstern, Berlin, Friday 6th August 2021, it had been a lovely day🌞, but now sat outside under a large parasol as it's raining intermittently🌧️ now. Light hazy mid gold with a white head. This really doesn't taste like a typical Hefe-Weisse, I cannot discern any of the usual characteristics, there is no banana, no cloves, okay it might have a creamy head, reasonable level of carbonation, but otherwise a little chewy and quite weird. Couldn't finish this, pretty drab beer.

Eingetrübte rötlich bräunliche Farbe mit weißer Schaumkrone. Malziger, leicht fruchtiger Geruch. Geschmacklich malzig, etwas Karamell, leich fruchtig. Mittlere Süße mit leichter Bitterkeit, mittlerer Körper mit spürbarer Kohlensäure.
