This witbeer is more a mix between a weiss and a wit. Nice yellow gold color, thin foam, low carbonation, wheat but a bit watery, 03.04.16

From the landi, Carouge "VD". Serving me this bottle two days ago, at home in Epalinges. For me, it was an interesting sour beer, rather dry and mineral, well balanced, some hop, common bitterness, refreshing, 09.12.22

Thanks Bruno for this beer. I am not a fan of smocked beer, but this one is well balanced, smocked, apricot notes, malt, hop, good job, 24.02.17, at Prélaz.

In my opinion, it is a decent porter, we could say a stout, roasted malt, coffee, hop, few vanilla, pleasant black body, dry finish, 30.03.17, at Prélaz, purchased at the ex grain d'Orges, Crissier.

100% vaudois, 100% papet, ça ne rigole plus, 100% or 1000% bio. Correct one, not expecting the best, not really a pale ale, rather a helles on the better way, maybe that it is high fermented, malty, smooth, a bit sweet, bitter, citrus at the final, purchased at one coop, tasting it at home.

This bottle is coming from the landi, Carouge (VD). Opening it at our flat, at Epalinges with Fred. A common unfiltered beer, nothing special, a bit short in the aromas, dry malt, a bit carbonated, yeasty, watery, some hop, 28.10.21
