Located amidst the breathtaking scenery of Penticton, British Columbia, Canada, our micro-brewery produces individually crafted fine ales and lagers of unmistakable complexity and balance. Bottle into a taster showing black with sparse latte colored foam. The nose shows moderately intense notes of coffee and green pepper. The palate is light bodied and fully carbonated. Moderate coffee forwardness with strong accents of green pepper and a moderate coffee bitterness on the finish.

Draught @ Moon. Cloudy, pinkish, amber. This has a nice raspberry nose, with a little bit of yeastiness. This has a nice clean tartness and a fresh berry taste. Simple but honestly this is just a solid example of the style.

It pours very dark brown, almost black, with a nice, thick, long-lasting, moka-colored head. Aroma is blackberry, loads of blackberry (no wonder.) Some chicory and blueberry as well. Supercreamy, medium-fizzy, sweet'n'sour, medium bitter, super long lasting. As Tony the Tiger'd say: "Gr-r-r-reat!!"

Nice dark brown-ruby body, modest head. Aroma is tin, brown sugar, molasses. Flavour is sweet dark bread, hints of hazelnut nutella but not too strong. Medium mouthfeel, balanced. An okay drinker but does not rise out of the pack.

Good foamy and orange body with just a hint of brownness. (If that ain't a word, it now is). Smells of slightly fresh leather, a handbag maybe, recently treated, also fresh hazelnuts. Flavour is soft soya sauce and malt, hints of dark pumpernickel bread or shreddies cereal with lots of milk and sugar. A bit thin on the mouth. Nonetheless a mellow amber and drinkable as a session brew.

Nice pour, good creamy head of some density and orange body with a good level of carbonation. Soft aroma of peach and grapefruit. Flavour is muddled matliness with soft peach hints. Very pale ale-ish, good IPA drinker.

473mL can, pours a hazy golden with a medium white head. Aroma brings out lots of tropical fruits, followed by piney and resinous hops, and biscuity malt. Flavour brings out lots of piney hops, plenty of stone fruits, and biscuity malt. Piney and stone fruity. This is great.

Hazy blond colour with generous head. Nice aroma, dank upfront, some fruit comes up later, mango, citrus, tropical. Lean body, mild malt base, but I don't get to appreciate much the malt flavour and the hops, and some astringency in the final, dank character.
