Craddock's Brewery
Microbrewery
in Stourbridge,
West Midlands,
England 🏴
Associated with 3 Venues
Established in 2011
Please check when adding new beers but it would seem to appear best practice to add them as brewed there going forwards.
Before there was the brewery, there were pubs. The Plough and Harrow was the first, 2006. Then the Duke William 2009. These two beautiful and popular pubs are a short distance apart and are the reason that Craddock’s Brewery is rooted in Stourbridge.
The brewery was installed at the Duke William in March 2011. The next two years the focus of the company was on perfecting the beers and remaining traditional and true to the local heritage of small, family-run pub and brewery companies. This was when Dottie the Dray horse would work every Sunday delivering the beer to the Plough and Harrow.

Cask (backlog). Yellow colour with a small white creamy head, which leaves some lace. Aroma is sweet fruits, mild nectar, bready and some dough like notes as well as some mellow grassiness to it. Flavour is earthy, grassy, herbal with some citrus, bread and mild nectary notes to it. Refreshing and tastier than the "average golden ale".

Cask at the Stable Bar, Bridgnorth. Basic gold with a decent-sized white head. Citrus and passion fruit aroma. Full sweetish juicy taste with a hint of sulphur in the finish. Not perfect but pretty darn good.
