Blond color. Nice aroma, perfumy, almost vanilla and orange blossom, delicate. Moderately sweet, some vanilla ice cream with very light fruit.
Very nice, balanced.

Blond color with a different hue. Mild fruity aroma, white wine. It’s rather dry, the flavor is lightly vinous, a bit woody, astringent in the final, boozy.
Nothing special.

Bottle - Sweet rich honey notes. Very pale gold. Perfumy sweet acidity, touch of honey and light fruit that very much lightens up the palate. Almost melon notes.

Bottle - Sweet honey and berry fruit. Pale yellow gold. Sweet honey and weird light dry notes. Bit of fruity pit notes in the finish. Except for the finish.

2016 vintage, bottle at Campbell's Gold, pours a clear blonde. Aroma is fairly subtle on the lavender though it is the dominant note. Flavour is very sharp and alcoholic, with floral notes and a sharp burn that takes away the flavour. Not very good.

375mL bottle, pours a clear golden with no head. Aroma brings out fruity plums and medium sweet honey. Flavour is low-to-medium sweet in the honey department, with subtle plums. Well-balanced but very simple. Decent.

2014 vintage, bottle at Campbell's Gold, pours a clear white with no head. Nose is medium sweet, with lots of red and white currants, and medium sweet honey. Flavour is quite dry, with very dry currants and a rather vinous alcohol burn. Well-constructed though a bit harsh. Very good.

2013 vintage, bottle at Campbell's Gold, pours a pinkish peachy amber. Aroma brings out medium-dry elderberries and fairly dry honey. Flavour is very fruity and dry, with lots of red berries upfront and a bone dry mouthfeel, with a fairly high alcohol burn. Solid, but a bit harsh.

2015 vintage, bottle at Campbell's Gold, pours a clear blonde. Aroma brings out apple spice, caramel and some spicy pears - like an apple pie. Flavour follows accordingly, with caramel apple spice and spicy pears. Just like an apple pie. Really nice stuff.
