Quite pale. Has a sticky, honeyish nose, light, toasty, this has a fun character, almost nutty. Great complex floral finish

Has a light gold colour and mellow apple character. Off-dry, nice complex honeyish note, touch of apple.

Clear light gold. Sweet front, gets a bit tart in the back. Fruit is indistinct. Not as exciting as I would have liked.

Bottle - Flowery and a touch of herbal honey. Straw and clear. Lavender pops in the taste with an herbal finish. Honey is in the back.

Bottle sampled at Campbell's Gold, pours a clear yellow. Aroma brings out medium honey sweetness, with subdued red currant presence. Flavour isn't as dry as expected, but certainly still gives a dry honey quality, along with moderate currant presence. Nicely structure and well-balanced dry mead.

Bottle - Sweet honey notes with some floral character. Pale straw. Floral notes, touch of berry and honey. Dry and not too sweet.

Bottle sampled at Campbell's Gold, pours a clear yellow. Aroma brings out medium sweetness, some plum and light booze. Flavour is fairly boozy, with medium sweetness, moderate honey presence and subdued plum. Not overly complex, but it works well.

375mL bottle, thanks Ferris, pours a clear pale yellow with a small white head. Aroma brings out medium honey and fusel alcohol. Flavour is very thin, with lots of alcohol, light honey, medium sweetness and no cherries. Pretty weak and watery. Not good at all.

Pale and slightly yellow. The aroma has a light indistinct fruitiness to it, with some honey notes. More on the thin side, really, with light honey notes, not much berry at all, and then some alcohol towards the finish. Not sure I can get into this - the underlying mead doesn’t offer enough and I don’t get the goji either.
