2013 vintage, bottle at Campbell's Gold, pours a clear blonde with no head. Nose brings out dry apples, with just a hint of fermented out honey. Flavour is along the same lines, with dry apples, fermented out honey and alcohol. Not especially complex but it works well.

Bottle at Campbell's Gold, pours a hazy pinkish red with a few bubbles head. Aroma brings out a nice mix of blueberries and raspberries, with light tartness and low sweetness. Flavour is very sweet, with loads of blueberry sweetness upfront, followed by a bit of raspberry pithiness. Well-integrated and a nice slow sipper. Very good.

2016 vintage, bottle at Campbell's Gold, pours a clear blonde. Aroma brings out dry fermented out honey. Flavour is bone dry, with a tart citric note. This base mead is quite harsh and not very palatable. Not very good.

Bottle - Hot and spicy cinnamon hearts. Pinkish. Cranberry, rose petal, cinnamon and a nice honey note in the finish. Nice for what it is, but nothing I would want to drink myself.

Bottle - Rich red berry and honey with a touch of spice. Light red. Sweet red berry, honey and a dry finish. Nice.

Bottle - Nice honey notes with some grass and flowers. Very pale gold. Honey and a touch of bitterness with a dry finish. Apples add little flavor but add bitterness it seems.

Bottle - Lots of Indian spice and pear. Pale gold. Sweet pear and mellow well balanced spice. Great desert.

Bottle - Nice and sweet cranberry, almost cinnamon heart like. Pale pink. Sweet, tart and very fruity with a dry finish. Very fruity and nice.

Bottle - Fragrant honey and a touch of apple with spice. Pale yellow. Nice apple and odd sweetness and a touch of bitterness. This is odd.
