Cask at the caley picture house. Pours deep ruby, nose is caramel, liquorice, toffee, taste is sweet, chewy toffee, liquorice.

Pours a dark reddish brown colour with a small frothy light tsn head. Bready caramel, soft ripe fruit, and hop aroma. Malty taste, roasted nut, ripe fruit flavours and a mild ash bitterness in the finish.

Cask pint in my local Wetherspoons on 5th Jan 2017. Looked fine, red hue to the brown body, tanned head that lasted the whole pint. Malts rule the nose and flavour, slightly over roasted feel to the brew with a light bitterness in the finish and a mild sweetness initially. Decent.

500ml Bottle - Light copper in colour. Raisins, caramel and some dusty notes in the aroma. Fruity taste with raisins, caramel, blackcurrant and spicy malt.

Sampled @ GBBF day 1. Clear a bit pale golden color, small white head. Smell and taste malts, lightly metallic, lightly hops, lightly bitter. Average body and carbonation. Hmm drinkable.

Cask@Isambard Kingdom Brunel (JDW), Portsmouth.
Nut brown color, small beige head. Aroma of caramel and nuts. Light to medium-bodied. Nutty malty, a bit sweet, lightly toasted malty, earthy hops. Sweetish, even a bit raisiny.
