Cask gravity at Siba South East 2015. Clear pale gold lasting white head. some esters on the aroma. Decent interesting wheat beer with some esters touch of peach. Hops are decent on the finish. Some bitterness. OK

Cask at the Rose & Crown, Sandhurst. Golden amber with a thin white head; sweet floral aroma; dry floral taste, slightly soapy, but pleasantly bitter; with a drying moreish finish.

Cask handpull at County Hotel Ashford JDW. Clear amber lasting beige head. Fruity premium bitter. Some yeast throughout. Some twiggy hops. Ok

Cask at The Queens Head, Burley. Pours clear amber brown with a white head. Aroma of caramel, fruits, light veggies and malt. Flavour is moderate sweet and bitter. Light medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Cask-conditioned at the Seven Stars, Bristol, 3/12/2014. Amber with a slight, off-white, head. Sweet citrus notes, a touch of bready malts and moderately bitter finish. Ok.

Cask at the Rose and Crown, Sandhurst. Pale straw with a scummy cream head; grainy, yeasty aroma with a trace of honey; chewy body with a sour grain taste; and a dry finish. Unsatisfying.

Chelmsford Summer Beer Fest. Cask. Clear amber beer, residual pale cream colour head. Palate is light and semi dry. Mild fine carbonation. Light sweetish malts with caramel - toffee. Light tangy dried fruits, also slightly sweet. Trace of hard candy fruits. Light dry finish. Quite a sweetish bitter really!

Chelmsford Summer Beer Fest. Cask. Almost clear amber beer, bubbly off white head. Palate is light and a little dry. Modest fine carbonation. Light caramel malt, semi dry. Modest dried fruits, a little tangy. Light semi dry finish. Standard stuff.

Cask gravity at Tonbridge Siba 2014. Clear amber lasting beige. Green apple aroma and flavour. Some toffee but I guess not ready. 2.6/5 Cask gravity at GBBF 2018. Thanks Stephen. Very English yeast. Some OK malt. Light hopping. OK.

Cask (handpump) @ GBBF 2013, Great British Beer Festival, London Olympia, Hammersmith Road, London, England W14 8UX. [ As Flack Manor Flack Catcher ].Clear medium amber orange color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, sweet malt, light hoppy. Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a average to long duration, caramel, sweet sugary, nutty. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat.
