500 ml clear slimline bottle, vintage 2018, from Vinmonopolet, Nettbutikken. ABV is 7.5%. Made of 90% Gravenstein cider from 2017 and 10% elderflowers. Golden colour, pours moderately sparkling. Low level of carbonation. Aroma of apples, oak, fusel alcohols and elderflowers. Flavour of apples, oak and elderflowers, but lacks some acidity and freshness, maybe also tannins.

GYG 280718. Golden color with no head. Aroma is apple, oxidation, ripe apple. Flavor is apple, oxidation, ripe apple, grass, sulphur. Ordinary cider.

Bottle. A clear, still-looking golden colored cider with no head. Rather sulphury aroma, with ripe apples, some fresh apples and grass and hints of apple cores. The flavor is pretty much the same, with a tad more focus on the ripe apples than in the aroma. Lightly sparkling mouthfeel with some warmth and medium body fullness. A decent one, but too sulphury and thin. 180728

Nice.

Bottle shared with ASM at Kafé Spesial 04.04.18. Clear golden. Not much head. Aroma and taste of wild apples, apple zest, leather, wood and a hint of sulphur, some bitterness and bitter apple zest is lingering on.
