This beer came in my beer club. Sampled from a 12 oz brown bottle this beer poured a cloudy yellow-golden color with a trace of a white head. The aroma was bitter, citrusy and a touch wheaty. The flavor was bitter and tangy with light wheat and citrus undertones. Surprisingly dry.

This beer came in my beer club. Sampled from a 12 oz brown bottle this beer poured a ruby-chestnut color with a very small tan head that faded quickly. The aroma was sweet, tang and malty. The flavor was tangy, bitter, nutty and malty with a lightly fruity undertone. There was a bit of roastiness that came out on the finish.

Not much of a bock, more of a dark lager. Dark gold in color. Moderate malt flavor with minimal hops. Light caramel, and a hint of fruit in the finish.

This is a good lager. Amber color. Dry, medium bodied malt flavor with some caramel. I thought it was more of a Vienna than a marzen.

An OK wit. Clear gold color, rather than cloudy like it should be. Mild coriander and light wheat with minimal spice. Thin on the palate. They got the flavor right, but it could be a little more full bodied.

Thin bodied and gold in color. Very light wheat aroma and mild wheat flavor. Far too light overall. A poor beer.

Pour is a hazy yellow with a small white head. Aroma is plenty yeasty with corriander. Flavor is big time clove with some corriander and a lemon zest. NIce tasting or a warm summer night. Wow this is spot on for the style and gets some extra bonus points for being relativaly cheap. The best by this brewer who can make some decent brew.

A simple, session bock. Aroma has light caramel and malt. Flavor tastes bocky enough, some light malt, a little sweet. For all their talk in the explanation, this beer is surprisingly light.

Pour is a very dark brown with a tan head. Aroma is a nice roasted malt with some coffee chocolate. Flavor is about the same. Some chocolote and coffe with a nice silky mouthfeel. Not bad from this brewer.
