Bottiglia. Il gusto al naso resta attratto dal luppolo. L'olfatto viene stimolato in maniera elevata e il modo in cui permane è sufficiente. Il manto birroso superiore ha una buona tenuta ed è persistente. La grandezza delle bollicine è media. La carbonazione è eccessiva. Il liquido è di apparenza velata. Bollicine medio-fini costituiscono la forma della frizzantezza. La carbonazione è nella norma e persistente. Il colore è ambrato. Il corpo è strutturato. L'amaro è carico. La forza gustativa è elevata e la durata è buona. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di amaro. Il finale è amarognolo. Il retrogusto è intenso. Sul tetto della bocca si fermano sentori di miele, frutta secca, luppolo, resina, agrumi e pompelmo.

Pours dark amber with light haziness; a huge, quite frothy off-white head (even too much) shows good persistence throughout the last sips and some lacing. The aroma is quite subdued (huge head doesn't help), suggesting a quite strong sweet base (caramel, hints of honey), followed by fruity notes (orange and tangerine, in the likes of ripe/jammy) and by a light resinous feel. Taste notes follow the aroma closely, now with good/normal intensity and decent definition. Medium to high sweetness and medium to high bitterness, feels nicely balanced in the mouth, slightest bitter edge in a slightly harsh finish (but really slightly). Medium bodied with average, small bubbled carbonation. Feels nicely lively and drinks super easily; mouthfeel definitely it's best feature. Fine overall.

330ml bottle pours out straw topped with a white head. Nose is nice light tartness some salty brine notes and some wheat. Taste is more of the nice salty notes some light wheat and a touch of fruit.

Pours orange/light amber with the slightest bit of haziness. Can't get much head, even with quite hard pouring, but it shows good retention, though little lacing. Good enough intensity in a very basic/monotonous aroma: jam-like/overripe fruity notes (mainly orange, a hint of grapefruit) followed by a resinous/piney background. Taste notes don't seem to follow the aroma: quite strong malty sweetness with distinct honey, fruity notes as per aroma, minimal resinous/grassy bitterness, an offbeat earthy bitterness showing up in finish/aftertaste, alcohol too distinct with a bit of a warming note, a light metallic hint. Feels very sweet in the mouth, more balanced in finish/aftertaste but not at all clean or well polished. Overall, there's a lot of sweetness trying to balance the 100 ibus but sweetness and bitterness just don't blend well. Medium bodied with low to medium, fine bubbled carbonation. Feels slightly oily and a bit empty for the abv. This was a fresh june 2024 batch; very disappointing.

Tap at Oak, Napoli, Italy. Pours blonde, partially hazy, with limited, fine white foam. Aroma is of sea water, herbal. Body and carbonation are average. Taste is delicately sapid, balanced in all other matters. Final is nice and short, clean.
