The Old Flax Store is a Grade II listed building located in Holbeck, the spiritual heart of the industrial revolution. In 2014 we turned this derelict mill into a brewery, tap room and events space. This building is home to our first brewery, which takes up the ground floor of the building. Our second brewing site is also located in Holbeck, half a mile away at Sydenham Road, where 8 x 100HL conical FVs enable our total capacity at this site to reach 24,000HL.

Can. A mild haze on this slightly yellowish gold beer, small and short lived pale cream colour head. Light palate, mildly dry, decent fine minerally carbonation. Slightly thin bodied pale malts, a thin creamy sweetness. Light pine into a mild hop itch. Soft savoury skunk. Mild hop fruits underneath, stone fruits and mild citrus. Airy semi dry finish. A decent all rounder but never really got my juices flowing.

Sample, thanks oh6gdx! Hazy bronze colour, rich coarse head. Fruity, estery nose with bubblegum and mirabelles. Sweet with medium body and clean, rounded mouthfeel. Fruity with winegums and husky malt. Mid bitter finish.
